Business Storm takes over Sofia this September

On 8 September Sofia will host a business event unlike any other in Bulgaria: Business Storm. Its first edition will cover current topics from different business sectors and combine specialised business training, emotional experiences and revolutionary ideas. It expects to welcome nearly 400 managers, experts, team leaders and other specialists.
The special guest will be international speaker Simon Bucknall. He has advised many managers, entrepreneurs and specialists in different fields and has trained people in business programmes in the UK, the Netherlands, France, Japan, the US and many other countries. His career spans a wide professional and geographic range: he is often invited as a commentator and expert on public speaking, communication, debating and presentation skills on BBC World News, BBC Radio London and business media in the Middle East. His skills and proven results show in his broad portfolio, which includes names such as General Electric, Shell, the NHS and London Business School.

In Sofia he will run 4 interactive master classes:
- The Red Hot Elevator Pitch: how to defend and present an investment idea or project;
- Public Speaking Mastery: how to inspire and win over an audience with stories that bring business success;
- Business Storytelling: how to take a business to new heights with a powerful business story and techniques from marketing, sales and negotiation;
- Communication Secrets: how to bring ideas, projects and the teams behind them to life through the right communication.
The event will also include an interactive forum of business experts with well-known, award-winning Bulgarian entrepreneurs. Attendees will see revolutionary ideas and real examples from the business world. The names announced so far include Svetlin Nakov, founder of SoftUni, Dr Krasimira Chemishanska, President of the American Chamber of Commerce in Bulgaria, and Marina Stefanova, CSR expert, and the list of business leaders and experts is expected to grow soon.
During the forum, participants will build knowledge and know-how with proven experts and work on unusual, challenging business cases. It will follow the whole concept of a "storm" and stimulate the participants' senses through different interactive business experiences, challenging them in different ways so they can later apply what they learn in real life.
